Burger Lab started as a single grill in a Delhi side-street stall, run on one rule: build every burger like it's the only one you'll make all day.
That rule hasn't changed. Buns are proofed each morning, beef is smashed to order, and every layer earns its place before it goes anywhere near the bun.
